New Customer Portal is now available
A new self-service online customer portal is available for a one-stop shop for applying, paying, and completing applications across the department. It will provide faster, easier access to City services for residents and businesses.
You will be able to apply for permits, licences and approvals more quickly through an online system available 24/7. Users will be able to submit applications, track progress in real time and receive updates without needing to follow up.
This online customer portal is part of the City’s broader commitment to strengthening systems and delivering better customer service.
How the System Works

- Choose a service or application
- Enter property, business, and/or project details
- Upload required documents
- Pay fees (if required)
- Submit your application
- Track status & respond to City requests
- Receive a decision, approval or next steps
