Hamilton Chamber of Commerce: Free Webinars for Small Businesses

The Ontario Government’s Retail Modernization Project Grant (RMPG) is offering eligible retail businesses up to $5,000 to adopt digital technologies such as new hardware and software that enhance operations and customer experience.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Leveling up point-of-sale (POS) capabilities
  • Managing inventory through real-time insights
  • Driving stronger customer engagement

Powered by the Digitalization Competence Centre (DCC), this initiative helps brick-and-mortar retailers digitize operations, boost efficiency, drive sales and stay competitive. 

To qualify, your business must:

  • Have a physical (non-home-based) storefront in Ontario
  • Be operational for at least one year
  • Generate a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue.
