AMEC Place may not have a lot of vacancy but we still have 3 opportunities in the 4 – 5,000 sq ft range. These three pockets are built out so they could be leased on an as is basis. Alternatively, we are happy to provide an allowance or perform construction in the space to enable the tenant to tailor the space to their specific needs.
We are able to announce now that we have secured Marcello’s Market & Deli for the building. Construction will begin next month and we are looking forward to having this additional amenity in the building for our tenants.
