We are pleased to announce that First Real Properties Limited, Second Real Properties Limited and Fourth Real Properties Limited have secured swing space for the Hamilton Wentworth-District School Board in order for them to vacate their current downtown Education Centre to make way for the new McMaster University Health Campus. Slated to open in 2014, it is estimated that approximately 54,000 Hamiltonians will receive care at the Downtown Health Campus. The proximity of Jackson Square (adjacent to the Downtown Health Campus) will provide our office and retail tenants with increased daily pedestrian traffic, in addition to our current 12 million, to promote their goods and services to all Hamiltonians.
